I'm doing a lot of work on these index threads, but I'm not going to research every state's FA laws & guidance documents
.
-----------------------------------------------------------
Allergic Living has a great list that includes many state FA laws & guidelines. It's a good place to start looking when researching whether your own state has FA laws and/or guidelines.
If, while doing your own research, you find state FA info that is not included in their list, I would suggest contacting Allergic Living to let them know so that they can consider adding it to their list.

FARE also has some state info here:

We already had several state law/guideline threads created on our board. Some of them include board discussions. If you want to discuss law/guideline info for a particular state, I would suggest looking to see if there is an existing state thread started that you could post in. Sometimes it will make sense to start a new state law/guideline thread.
New info can also be added to our state list if you post it in the 504 suggestions thread.
If info is already on the Allergic Living and/or FARE list, I usually did not include it in our list unless a thread was already started on our board.
