Great point on the not knowing which doses contain the egg.  Never even thought of that.  I think my wife reported similar symptoms just because of the anxiety. ha
Son is doing fine, back to school today, but doesn't want to discuss anything about the test.
I do appreciate the links and all the information everyone has posted for us.  It is a battle for everyone, and those who don't have to live it day to day don't really understand the challenges, both physically and mentally, that families go through.

Glad that he seems to have rebounded quickly-- now I'll just keep my fingers crossed for your wife. 

Watching a failed challenge is miserable-- the guilt is awful. 
Resistance isn't futile.  It's voltage divided by current.
