I would never feel comfortable eating in an Asian or other ethnic restaurant with extremely severe tree nut and peanut allergies, especially in another country.  :-/

Mod Pizza is great -- my son is allergic to eggs and tree nuts and we discovered this restaurant while in Seattle, but it has locations throughout the U.S. now.  They are peanut and tree nut free.
