Moving onto French Toast

So finally tried it for french toast (now that we have a kitchen back...although, not completely stocked yet)...it was good, but definitely had an  eggier consistency than the pepperidge farms honey wheat (I think the wheat flavor is too strong for french toast).  I need to just try a pepperidge farms white bread.

We had DS try a bite of well cooked scrambled egg.  He liked the taste and had no issues.  After about 10 minutes, he said his throat was itchy (which was his only symptom in the past when eating something with egg).  He drank a few sips of water, it went away and did not return.

We are heading out of town in a couple days, so maybe when we get back, we will move up in quantity.

Congrats on the success!  Hope that it continues to go well.  :)
