I wonder if the Walmart bakery is selling Lofthouse under their name.  I find so many items that are labeled peanut/tree nut free.

At store tonight and saw lofthouse cookies with nut warning. They were the mini ones.

Unfortunately not all loft house cookies are made in a nut free facility.
