--- Quote ---After School apple Cake

6 apples, chopped and pealed
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 C oil
1/4 C applesauce
4 eggs
1/2 C sugar
1 TBS baking powder
1 C flour
1 C whole wheat flour
2 C blueberries

Mix ingredients together, pour into 9X13 greased pan, bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes
