For those who live in Loudoun County, VA or western Fairfax County:

The World Market in Sterling had 2 pound bags of Guittard milk chocolate chips for $7.99 and smaller bags of vanilla milk chocolate chips. I had not seen Guittard at the World Market in ages.

I bought three bags of the milk chocolate chips.

Oh, wow!  Thanks!

I have seen Guittard in other Loudoun places in past few months . . . Wegmans Leesburg . . . trying to recall others.

Is this where I blame iPhone and cuss like an old fighter pilot's wife?

I saw them at the Safeway in Broadlands last week. They were on sale at the time at two bags for $7.50. I have also seen them at Fresh Market at One Loudoun.

We usually buy Guittard at Safeway, haven't seen them at Wegmans but will look next time I'm there for Don't Go Nuts stuff.
I did also buy Guittard at Big Lot's, for $2.75 per bag. They had semi sweet, vanilla, milk chocolate and the bittersweet chips. Wish I could find butterscotch chips somewhere nearby.

If you're on the west coast, Win-Co stores carry the full range year-round.

Anyone know where I can order the butterscotch ones?  I found one location online but it was like 12 bags at a time and that would end up in the confessional  :misspeak:
DS1 - Wheat, rye, barley and egg
DS2 - peanuts
DD -  tree nuts, soy and sunflower
Me - bananas, eggplant, many drugs
Southeast USA

Fairies frequently ship them eastward.

Are fairies in need of anything in from the East coast?  Blue Bell doesn't ship well unfortunately ;)

Hmm what stores on the West Coast or Midwest carry the butterscotch chips?

CMdeux

Safeway usually carries the bittersweet and milk chocolate ones, and WinCo stores have the butterscotch, and frequently-- the mint and white ones, too.

These would all be west coast, specifically Pacific NW.  I have not checked in Fred Meyer for a very long time.  Because in my locale, I hate that place.   :hiding:

Try World Class Chocolates.  I have ordered from them.

setsail, I've found the butterscotch ones (though not in the last few months) at Byerley's in the Minneapolis/Saint Paul area.  I don't know if you are in the upper Midwest. They also have the boxes of white chocolate large baking chips.  Also, DH has bought an 8 x 10 x 2 chunk of a giant Guittard white chocolate bar.
Me: Sesame, shellfish, chamomile, sage
DS: Peanuts
