This is from Ox in Portland-- something they put up on Instagram on Jan 1.
I'm guessing we'll all find this pretty fascinating, but not in the way that most people who see it do. Horror is my first reaction, and the second one is to mentally pick out those that are likely to be life-or-death if the kitchen staff screws it up. That's even scarier.
Then I think about low-threshold people like my DD...
