I found a local BBQ place near us that was safe for pulled pork, brisket, etc.  The bread was not safe so I bought the buns at the grocery store.  I started by just reading menus on line, then calling the places.  It's a restaurant as well so we were able to get take out ahead of time since I didn't want DS trying it for the first time at the party.

The answer depends on where you are and who might be in your town/area.

Generically --- I've seen/used Chipotle for catering before, but I think the availability of that depends on your area. Some will do large take-out orders and others have people go with buffet trays/heated elements for serving.

Hello,

We are planning a party and usually I cook everything, but this time just do not have the time. Seeing if anyone has some catering places they trust? Dealing with PA/TNA.

I've heard of Rosatti's but never tried them or Giordanno's for catering. Looking for ideas where was safe for PA/TNA.
