Egads - way to make me feel like a failure LOL

Those red wine pears had me dreaming of a beef stew.  But a beef stew that I want to make with a hint of meat to a bowlful of veggies.

So that salad was very good. DH saw it and said, "Salsa!" So he made it that way but with halved grape tomatoes, adding cilantro and jalapeƱo. He served it in a bed of Bibb lettuce, which was great for creating wraps if the stuff. Also served line tostitoes with it.

I will use this for a lunch for DS--either as lettuce wraps or as soft tacos.
