It probably wouldn't hurt to consider an MSA whenever possible before things really hit the skids especially when MBP is the potential 800 lb. gorilla in the room waiting to pounce on any allergy mom.
Like most attorneys that don't live with food allergies a divorce lawyer is likely to see this as either an eating related issue, or a crazy MBP mother that they've read about in case law involving neglect or medical abuse.
