Title: Pili Nut- anyone heard of it?
Post by: hezzier on September 24, 2020, 09:20:20 AM
A friend mentioned a yogurt he likes for DD (lactose intolerant) made from Pili Nuts...I had never heard of them.  Based on them being a tree nut, we will avoid, but will discuss with the allergist at DS's next appt just to see what she has to say about them.

I have heard of them but never actually seen them in stores or as an ingredient in anything. Please let us know what your allergist says. (My guess would be to avoid them.)

Here's the yogurt brand...I haven't seen it in the stores, but I haven't been looking for it either.

I think DS's next allergy appt is in Dec or Jan so hopefully I will remember to ask.
