Title: Milk/Casein Allergy
Post by: Weezer on November 05, 2014, 10:13:59 AM
Has anyone had their Milk allergy diagnosed as an adult? I am under the suspicions that I may have a milk allergy and that this is what is triggering of my asthma attacks.

Is there any quick method of having this diagnosed?

Milk isn't distinguished from casein.  If you're experiencing respiratory issues it's not time to wonder which milk protein fraction is inducing it.

Yes, you need an allergist to help you with an in office oral challenge.  Do not try at home.  And if that isn't well controlled asthma start rock 'n rolling that bad boy ASAP.
