These are my favorite egg-free brownies so far. I found the recipe in the Taste of Home - Great American Cookout magazine.
Triple Fudge Brownies
1 package (3.9 oz.) instant chocolate pudding
1 package (18 1/4 oz.) chocolate cake mix
2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
confectioner's sugar
Prepare pudding according to package directions. Whisk in cake mix. Stir in chocolate chips.
Pour into greased 15X10X1 baking pan. ( I used a 9x13)
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until the top springs back when lightely touched.
Dust with confectioner's sugar.
