It sounds like you're really going through a lot - I'm so sorry!
I don't have a lot of suggestions for you other than to see a really good allergist who can hopefully guide you through this. We have members from all over, so if you want to post your general location or closest big city, I'll bet we can suggest a good doctor.
One thing, I've seen happen when adults develop food allergies... Sometimes they seem to react to everything, but really they're just allergic to one or two things. Once they figure those out and completely eliminate them, their system calms down and they are able to reintroduce many of the foods they had to avoid.
