Daniel's Western Meat Packers is recalling “Daniel's Western Meat Packers, Turkey Patty” due to undeclared wheat.

The products were sold to distributors and restaurants in California and Illinois.

Each of the 10-lb. cases of frozen turkey patties, 2-1 round, and the 10.93-lb. cases of 7-oz. frozen turkey patties bears the establishment number "EST. P-2896" inside the USDA mark of inspection. The frozen turkey patty products were produced on Feb. 18, 2009, March 27, 2009, April 1, 2009, April 10, 2009, April 17, 2009, May 23, 2009, Dec. 28, 2009, and Jan. 22, 2010.
