Here's the email response...

Thank you for contacting Freschetta.  At this time, there are no products being manufactured with any tree nuts; however, the plant is not a certified nut free facility and new products containing nuts could be added at any time.  Also, should any employees eat any nuts during breaks, they do have to follow strict manufacturing procedures when going into the production area.  They are required to wash their hands and wear gloves and put on smocks when entering the production area.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us toll free at 800-544-6855  between 8 AM - 5 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday.

Sincerely

Linda

Ok, called freschetta this morning...they do not label for cross contamination, but there are no tree nuts used in any of their pizzas and it's the only product they make.  She did say that they do not prevent their employees from eating tree nuts so yes there could be some in the facility but people are obviously not eating while working on the production line.

We will let DS have the pizza.

Ok, anyone have any info?  I will call them in the morning.

This is the brand of mini pizzas being served at the movie theater where a birthday party that DS has been invited to.  The movie theater employee was great, she read me the whole label over the phone.  She told me everything that is baked in the same oven.
