BensMom, that is not the number you are looking for, that is the dose.  I still had the boxes for ours and the school nurse did too.  The number was on the box.  I'm not sure where it will be on the inhaler canister.

GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) issued a voluntary Class II recall on April 4, 2017 for three lots of Ventolin® HFA 200D Inhalers from U.S. hospitals, pharmacies, retailers and wholesalers as a precautionary measure. It is not a consumer recall.

The lot numbers are:

    6ZP0003
    6ZP9944
    6ZP9848

DH's says Ventolin HFA 90MCG/ACT 200 dose

So that's different right? I don't have his in front of my--just the receipt from the file cabinet. So I do'nt have the lot number.

UGH!  First Epi's and now Ventolin.  DD is at softball.  I need to check her bag, with the nurse at school and a box DD has up in her room.
