SOY ALLERGY ALERT

Tyson Prepared Foods, Inc. is recalling "Arrezzio-Cooked Beef Pizza Topping Manzo Cotto Per Pizza" due to undeclared soy. The packaging identifies the products as beef, but they actually contain pork, which includes soy as an ingredient.
The products were sold to food service institutions nationwide and intended for use in restaurants or institutional food operations.
The affected products are packaged in 10-lb. cartons containing two 5-lb. packages; they bear the establishment number "EST. 623" inside the USDA mark of inspection and were produced Jan. 12, 2012.
