Works for me! Sometimes that exact phrase goes through my head (with nuts instead of shrimp).

It sounds like they either took the directions as they were given to them (meaning from customer) or someone's hoax because it doesn't sound like proper foblish (http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=foblish) -- profanity laced NSFW. The grammar is off for ESL, or at least if it's foblish grammar then it's gonna be properly foblished.

But that would be an awesome choice for a restaurant card.

P.S. Don't use the word fob or foblish in real life.
