Good news from Michigan finally.
The reporting was well done. Explained the situation, gave some good pointers--I also liked that its a great perspective from a teen boy's point of view. So much of the stories focus on small kids while the number of recent fatalities have been young men.
The reporter was great when she pointed out the difficulty of reading labels --this Italian dressing has milk, this stuffing has seafood. That was great message to the audience.
I thought the reporting was really well done too.
I wish they had also done a written version. It would be nice to see it in print.
I haven't actually seen the story yet--I went in the description here and in a thread Links created about this. I hope to be able to see the news story today.
Lets see more of these kinds of stories in the news when there is one about food allergies!
