Can anyone in the area go?  It's limited space but FREE.

Previous to his current position of Secretary of Labor, Thomas Perez was the Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Rights Division under the US Department of Justice.  I'll track this to see if a recorded version will be made available.  Under the JAN topic in this forum there has been good, specific ADA workplace accommodations spelled out for food allergies and anaphylaxis.

The ODEP trend looks like it's keen to keep people in the workplace, which may translate into more robust enforcement of accommodations, modifications and retraining.
