I have to say my best memory of our short visit was sitting near a pool, with a very large cocktail in hand, (it had fruit in it so must of been one of my five fruit and veg a day ) watching my children (who are good swimmers) and ' may' have noticed a few rather fit young men splash around in the pool.

You probably have some different perspectives not being from the USA. Maybe a few of your docs and/or advocate contacts would be interested in joining you.

Those conferences seem like a nice idea. I'm not personally interested in attending, but I enjoy reading about what was discussed after the fact.
If I remember correctly, you are a good public speaker (radio and such) & you do a lot of education/advocacy work .... maybe you should be a speaker there ?
