I was really craving a side dish of polenta with dinner tonight - I bought some Colavita quick cooking polenta because it didn't any warnings.
Neurotic as I am ;), I called them and asked about shared equipment, etc. They told me it was in a shared facility with peanuts and tree nuts, so they wouldn't recommend that I use it.
Duh, thanks loads. Maybe print it on the package so I would know that from get-go, eh?
Idiots. :paddle:
I don't get the reluctance to put that on the package. Do they WANT someone to unknowingly buy it and have a reaction? Would that be good for business??
