Her experience on American in the first class cabin is something I was told too...I had an opportunity to be in first class and they refused to not serve the warmed nuts.  They wouldn't even agree to just NOT warm them...that's all I needed with no peanuts in the mix. I do still fly them in coach though b/c they don't have peanut products. United however...removed the warmed nuts competely when I flew in first class :D I dothink that was b/c of a very assertive gate agent who made sure I was accomodated.

Good article. I wonder if she's ever visited here or if she's a regular member here incognito!
