Kind of interesting & I think has some applicability to our own situation in LTFA world. JMPHO, of course.

You could read all night and not get through everything at that website. Just speaking from current, personal experience anyway.

ETA: this link has searchable data base. I put in food allergy (no quotation marks) and got 98 hits -- much to read . . .
