Oooh, I just found this chocolate company the I want to try on our next trip to America:

http://tmchocolate.com

The only top allergen in their facility is milk.  They have a page dedicated to explaining their allergy policy and their customer service is amazing when it comes to transparency to every tiny detail.  The cocoa butter comes from a cocoa-only facility, which I'm SUPER excited about, since I've never found safe cocoa butter.

Time to start learning how to make white chocolate!  (Yes, NoWhey has which chocolate, but it's super sickly sweet.)
