If I remember correctly their definition of a peanut free facility is a dedicated room.  No judgment from me but I'm not sure that fits under my guidelines for accuracy.  Having said that it sounds like Blueberry Hill is a brand of an imported product from a different manufacturer.  Or, Sunrise Confection is otherwise the parent company and manufacturer who own the facility in Mexico and Blueberry Hill is one of their brand names.

I just sent them an e-mail. If I don't hear back, I may try calling but most likely the number is only good in the US.

This is the company that makes safe candy corn, but there certainly wasn't any info on their website.  May need to call again for confirmation.

PFP still sells the brand.

Found a lot of Christmas Candy, jelly wreaths, bells, etc.

It has some allergens listed, but not peanut/nut or sesame.

Front of bag says Blueberry Hill. Back says Sunrise Confection.

Sunrise is in Texas, but bag also says product of Mexico.

Anyone familiar with this company? Website wasn't very helpful.
