Ugh, my left leg is so sore! Where the Epi was injected there is the red mark from the needle and a lump under the skin that is very tender to touch.  The surrounding muscle aches.  It is like after the flu shot or tetanus shot.  I didn't get this from Epi last time.  Has anyone else been extremely sore at the site of the Epi injection before? Two days later? (The health network says any IM injection can cause soreness for 5-7 days, but some are worse than others.)
