Back in Middle School they used Bisquick, but that was over 10 years ago.

I emailed the teacher, they haven't decided on a brand and will be cooking them at school on each teacher's personal griddle.  So really lets face it, I will be making pancakes for DS at home.

I have nothing current.  I used that back when DS's allergy was still an issue.  Owned by Quaker if that helps at all.

Anyone have any info?  DS's 7th grade team (100+ kids) is having a breakfast at school (can't wait til HS...less food) on the 16th.  DS has been told the teachers are making the pancakes with Aunt Jemima pancake mix.
