Title: Rudi's
Post by: anxious on January 20, 2014, 02:27:26 PM
Has anyone had their products before? It seems the non-gluten are not nut safe but the gluten-free ones also are nut-free. Was going to give them a try and seeing if anyone else has already?  Dealing with PA/TNA

Are you talking about Udi's?  I've never heard of the brand Rudi's.  Off to Google.  But in the meantime, here's the Udi's website.. they're also gluten free.

There's also a Rudi's. I haven't used it so I don't have any info.

Is the only allergen concern peanut and tree nut? If so I'd skip the indie bakers obsessed with gluten free as a lifestyle health promotion. Coming from someone who has kids one PA and the other ana to wheat, barley, usually the two are mutually exclusive. The only ones I know of that really get it as in an honest to goodness bakery is Franz and that's because I talked to them leaving no stone unturned and they answered in a clear way signifying they "got" it. Like we do.
