I have not used fondant a lot, but I did use it occasionally before DS's FAs.  So in the past, I used Wilton, which I thought tasted horrid.  The Satin Ice was way better tasting than Wiltons.

It was very easy to work with.

I am making a cake for DH's retirement ceremony (bit off way more than I can chew, but will have to make it work).  Anyway, co-worker told DH about a local cake decorating shop that I had never heard of so checked it out online and could look up some of the products they sell.  They carry americolor which I knew from here that was nut free.  They also carry Satin Ice Rolled Fondant.

This is from their website:

Zero g trans fats, Zero mg Cholesterol
Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Nut Free
Fondant contains no animal derived ingredients. Gum paste contains egg whites.
Certified Kosher Pareve

I have not called the company to check if "nuts" include peanut (we are not PA).

I also don't know how easy it is to find.
