Caramel sauce, chewy caramel candies, or the hard stuff?

You can easily make your own caramel sauce from condensed milk (or coconut milk):

Mackintosh (now made by Nestle) might be safe; I haven't checked in a long time.

Werther's caramel candies have nuts in the facility, and they openly declare there is a chance for cross contact, so definitely stay away from those.

You can always make your own soft or hard caramel, too, if you cannot find anything safe.  It's fairly easy to do if you have a candy thermometer.

I've seen several mentions online (including the 2019 SnackSafely guide) that Kraft Caramels are safe, but I've never called.  It'd be a place to start, though.
