I got a call Thanksgiving morning from the bakery that something went wrong with the cannoli dough and they refunded the money.

It’s too late, but dd bought a gluten free, top allergen free chocolate cookie crust by Mi-Del brand, at Stop and Shop.  She later found the Oreo crust she really wanted.  But, you can make a very easy pudding pie in those prepared crusts.  Not sure abou vegan pudding, but must be recipes out there.

I gave up and ordered vegan nut free cannolis for my niece and DS.  I’m still making a vegan, nut free pumpkin pie with a gluten free crust.
