Ok, anyone have any overnight crockpot breakfast recipes (besides oatmeal) that they love?
It's summer swim meet season and I am usually the morning person on duty feeding the coaches and officials. We will do overnight oatmeal, but looking for an egg dish/casserole of some sort.

I don't make anything for breakfast in the crockpot, but maybe search for something with hash browns(frozen), and cheese, eggs, bacon, etc... I've had oven casseroles like that.

I've seen one like that Becca. I was just to chicken to do it without trying it first at home. I guess I should try one this weekend and see if it's any good.
