Title: Macon teen dies of allergic reaction

What a tragedy. :heart: to the family.  Looks like it happened on Mother's day.  So very sad.

Prayers for the family. 

Frustration at the comments about benadryl being appropriate for anaphylaxsis, ugh.

Known peanut allergy but didn't carry an Epi. So sad.

So tragic.  Oh, that poor boy and his mother and teammates.  How horrible.

That is tragic-he may have been saved, if only. :(

All I could think of reading this was being at a macadamia nut plantation in Hawaii and the BIG signs everywhere that peanuts were processed there. 

I would whip out an epi if I saw something like that happening.  Egads, the poor family.  sigh
