Wow thanks for posting GN! This brings me right back to DS' reaction where he needed 2. It really bugged me at the time.
I thought the rates were higher, but I may be confusing that with the biphasic reaction statistics. A good reminder to always carry two.
My worst reaction required three doses: my EpiPen, a dose in the ambulance, and another dose at the hospital. :'(

DS thinks I'm nuts, but when he flies I tell him to carry at least 4, preferably 6. Have to allow for misfiring as well.
That is my recommendation as well.
