More named in the suit on behalf of Michael Saffioti. The family will win the case there's no doubt about it. However, it won't change anything nor do I believe it will leverage any ADA protections. He was already in custody with duty of care standards in place. Quite frankly, I don't even think Justice Department could properly analyze LTFA in corrections. I'm not even sure how you'd get an EpiPen in a pod securely.
