If I appear to be allergic to plums, Cherry's, pears and peaches should I treat this as Rosaceae allergy?

What so you mean by "rosacea allergy?"  Are you saying that the symptom from exposure to these fruits causes rosacea?

You could have a true allergy to threat fruits, in which case you should treat it like a food allergy and have an action plan in case of anaphylaxis. Or it could be oral allergy syndrome, which mimics a food allergy.

rosaceae (plant family), not rosacea (skin condition)

Not the best source but:

Is it possible this is Oral Allergy Syndrome?

Thank you for the clarification! In my defense, I haven't had enough coffee today. I'll stick with that excuse.

Weezer I would be very cautious around the other members of that family and maybe avoid them, however I have experienced being allergic to some members of the carrot family but not others.

I was doing the same with the spelling. All these food allergens/ intolerances have my head spinning.

I'm just more and more paranoid about food now..

My DD tests allergic to all of those - so far her reactions have been OAS -  those fruits are related to her birch tree allergy.

You could react to the whole family, but you might not.  I'm pretty severely allergic to rose hips.  I can have other fruits in the rose family, provided I'm not having a nasty time with OAS due to pollen in the air.
