Hi, I am in the process of doing research on severe food allergies and working to redesign the experience around the delivery of epinephrine and the use of Epi-Pens or auto injectors.

Below are links if you are interested in helping me with my short surveys;

• Please fill this one out if you are a patient with severe allergies and or have been prescribed an Epi-Pen or auto injector*→

• Please fill this one out if you have ever cared for someone with severe allergies, used an Epi-Pen, or have been trained to use them* →

I am very interested in learning more about your story and history with auto injectors. Thanks in advance :)  :thumbsup:
