DS2 just passed an almond challenge after believing for 8 years that he was allergic (Yea!) He is off the charts peanut allergic and this was the first tree nut we challenged after negative skin test and Class 1 RAST.  I now need to keep almond in his diet but that can be tricky with a child who has avoided something forever. He will eat So Delicious Almond Milk ice cream voluntarily without being reminded but I am wondering if this is adequate? Almond Milk would be another reasonably easy option versus eating a handful of almonds. Does anyone know an equivalent of almonds to almond milk or ice cream?

Thanks! Brownie
