Soy & wheat show up in powders frequently, including oil forms.  I'd definitely check for sunflower.  Glad you saw the copy.

From e.l.f.'s description of their baked eye shadow: " Infused with active key ingredients Jojoba, Rose, Sunflower, Apricot and Grape to nourish and hydrate the skin."

I would frankly not have thought to check the ingredients in a powder-based eye shadow. Good thing it was in the copy.
