Check FARE's website, or something like this:

https://allergytranslation.com/

We traveled to Poland a few years ago and found very little food allergy awareness there. Fortunately with the exception of desserts (which he never eats out anyway), my son's allergens are not commonly found in Polish food.

Good luck!

Any travelers have a sense of how to say, "I am allergic to nuts and shellfish" in Polish and/or German?

Thanks!
