The ones I'm looking at are Sugar Bear Hair Vitamins and Hair, Skin & Nails.. Waiting one emails/call backs.

Many companies use fish for omega-3/6/9 supplements, some use fish for calcium, too.

The one I use (IronKids) is safe for all my allergens, but not for fish. It was really tough finding one free from my allergens too. Best of luck.

I would love to be able to take a vitamin, specifically for trying to conceive, or hair skin nails, or probiotic.  Why is it so hard to find one?
