« on: January 30, 2014, 11:21:16 PM »Since I generally dislike fish (flavor and texture), I typically have to coat my tilapia or catfish in a fish fry when I do tacos. I cube the fish and toss in cornmeal, a tiny bit of sugar, and whatever spices float my boat. Fry in a pan with some oil.
I do like shad for some reason. We just broil it with some lemon, olive oil, and fresh thyme.
And I made this with coconut aminos in place of soy:
