Perdue Farms, Inc. is recalling " Perdue, Sweet Italian Lean Turkey Sausage” due to undeclared milk.
The products were distributed to retail establishments in Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.
The products are sold in 16-oz. packages; each bears a date of "USE BY 03/30/10" or before, a UPC Code "72745-10301," and the establishment number "Est. P-286" inside the USDA mark of inspection.
