I just got my hands on The Biscoff Cookie & Spread Cookbook by Katrina Bahl. I just love that stuff and thought it sounded fun to check out from the library. I see in her intro that she got into Biscoff because of her son's peanut allergy.

I'm curious to try a recipe.
