That needs to be reported to whomever is in charge of labelling in America. (In Canada, it's the CFIA.) Omitting added allergens from the ingredient list is illegal, and the None statement is beyond ignorant.

NOT OKAY!!! Thank you for the warning.

Alltown Fresh locations are popping up all around us.  They offer fantastic food options.

Having said that, a co-worker of mine (who has no allergies) bought a yogurt parfait recently and showed it to me. The label listed all ingredients in normal type and clearly states "Allergens:  None".  If you go there, be weary of their labels.

Well not only does yogurt contain milk, but the granola they used contained "egg whites" and "sesame"!!!!!!!

I had a nutty, pun intended.

Got on my soap box and sent their corporate office a message with the verbiage of that label as well as a corrected version and made sure they were aware that sesame is now a top allergen to be labeled for.   :coffee:

They never responded back to me in anyway, however, they did change their labeling because my co-worker sent me a picture of the revised label when she went back for another one.

Milk was obvious, but egg whites and sesame were "hidden" in this instance.  I picture a HS kid with egg or sesame allergy running in, buying that and eating without thinking twice.  So not OK!
