I don't have a lot of time at the moment-- as Rebekah noted-- but I second the recommendations for Tinkyada and DeCecco pastas.
Hodgson's Mill has also been extremely helpful when I've phone them in the past.
My DD is 17 now, but until we basically did some years of egg immunotherapy, her tolerance was so low that she really didn't tolerate anything processed on shared lines, and we definitely had to keep all forms of egg out of the house entirely for her safety.
Other things that I can definitely recommend include Veganaise (if you have a mayo addict in your home), and also know that for many years I made all of our bread-- i just couldn't locate stuff locally that was both egg and nut free.
