So I did not taste this because I had already planned my food for the day, but my sister and DH said it was very flavorful and good.  I skipped the fennel.

Yum! I make similar salads frequently in the summer. Whatever veggies look good at the farm stand. I wing it with the dressing—whatever flavors I’m in the mood for. And if I have it I add goat cheese.

I made a massive batch (used more veggies and pasta than the recipe called for) and gave some to my sister and kept some for DS to see if he liked it.  It was a full 3 cup container and he proceeded to eat the entire thing last night with his dinner and declared it amazing.
